Please find attached an Agenda for the Hamersley LAC AGM on Monday 3rd April, plus the Minutes of the AGM dated 29/3/16. The AGM will be held in the main hall (directly behind the HAM office) – we will have drinks/nibbles at 7pm with the AGM scheduled to commence at 7.30pm. All are welcome to come along.

Officials Organiser/s for Saturday competition
Officials Organiser for Events ie. Bravehearts (Nov), Relays (Dec), State Combined Event (Feb), Zones (March) & States (March)
Officials Organiser/s for Saturday Competition – This role involves compiling the parent rosters for Saturday competition taken from the online registrations from early September. These rosters are then maintained throughout the season, in finding parents to fill vacant rosters to updating any changes. Can involve a number of hours per week. This season the job was split between the 6 clubs to maintain the rosters from week 3 of competition. This role has proven to be too time consuming for one parent & can easily be split between 2 or 3 parents.
Officials Organiser for Events – This role involves the preparation & management of parent rosters for the various events on the LAWA calendar (listed above). Number of hours – busy for a week or two prior to each event, minimal the rest of the time.
Hamersley Committee members receive a discount on the registration fees & are exempt from Saturday rosters.
